How are gifts redeemed? 

Invited THE Card members should visit a Gila River Resorts & Casinos location during the event dates and times to access the ordering site via the Gila River Casinos mobile app. Once logged in on the app, click on the event offer. This will redirect you to the event gift page where you can browse the selection of gifts, add one (1) selection to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and place your order.  

 

How will an order be shipped? 

Items are shipped via expedited ground service direct to the home address entered in checkout. Signatures may be required at the time of delivery. Order processing will begin once the order has successfully been placed. 

 

Can I send my gift to a PO Box? 

No, PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address. If you only have access to a PO Box, contact the Customer Service Team at 888-217-7341 for further assistance.  

How long will it take to receive an order? 

Gila River Resorts & Casinos, along with its fulfillment vendor, will fulfill and deliver orders within 2-3 business days of order placement. The delivery of some gift items may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and items may be subject to change. 

 

Can I cancel an order once it is placed? 

Once the order is submitted, returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are prohibited. 

 

Will I receive confirmation emails? 

Yes. Order confirmation emails will be sent upon order placement and shipping confirmation emails will be sent upon order shipment. 

 

Do I have to pay shipping, handling, or sales tax charges for items ordered? 

No. Shipping, handling, and sales tax are included in the redemption. 

 

Is a telephone phone number required? 

A telephone number is not required, though strongly recommended. Certain contact information is shared with our fulfillment vendor, who may contact you directly regarding your gift and the details regarding fulfillment, shipment, and delivery of the gift. Choosing not to provide a telephone number may impact the ability to deliver your order in a timely manner 

 

Is an email address required? 

An email address is required. Certain contact information is shared with our fulfillment vendor, who may contact you directly regarding your gift and provide details regarding fulfillment, shipment, and delivery of the gift. It is also used as an alternative contact if you cannot be reached via telephone.  

In addition, you will receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation notifications to your email.
